At Aaryahi Silver, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to hygiene, product safety, and quality standards, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
2-Day Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order, only if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Once your exchange request is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send the product.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and assist you with an exchange where applicable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Used, damaged, or altered products
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance — only exchanges are allowed within the 2-day period, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
